Qualifications

• Deep knowledge and interest in food and cooking techniques.
• Knowledge of food service areas, inventory management, product rotation, ordering & forecasting.
• Must be a positive team player, leader, and role model that can effectively manage through change.
• Ability to train others in food production, food handling and product management.
• Excellent customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Cook, prep, rotate, and package food in the kitchen.
• Establishes and maintains effective working relationships with staff, guests, market support staff & vendor community.
• Cultivates and maintains an integral and collaborative environment.
• Ensures adherence to Ready for Business standards throughout the kitchen.
• Assists in training and development of employees.
• Establishes and maintains a 360-feedback process including guests, staff and leadership.
• Provides and models excellent customer service.
• Maintains the integrity of our brand and marketing expressions.
• Keeps kitchen neat, clean and orderly.
• Ensures food service compliance with local, state and federal laws.
• Demonstrates attitude of service to staff and guests.
• Keeps up on industry trends, standards, and changes.
• Supports and follows all company and department policies.
• Supports and follows all safety/security policies and sustainability programs.
