Job Summary
Under general supervision and according to established policies and procedures, performs duties related to the preparation and service of patient, staff, and guest meals. Responsibilities include preparing food items for patient and retail food services according to standard recipes, food portioning, garnishing, setup for service, display cooking, setup and service; cleaning and sanitizing all equipment and work areas between uses; maintaining accurate production records.
