Job summary

Rockport Healthcare Services in Los Angeles, CA seeks a Nutrition Services Supervisor responsible for preparing nutritious meals and supplements for residents in accordance with federal, state, and corporate guidelines, and for maintaining accurate records of dietary requirements and meal deliveries.

Responsibilities include supervising staff in the director's absence, attending meetings and in-services, and ensuring safe, sanitary handling of food, equipment and storage in daily operations.

Qualifications
