Job summary

Rockport Healthcare Services is seeking a dedicated nutrition services professional to support resident meals and supplements in our California facility. You will prepare nutritious meals per federal, state, and corporate guidelines and ensure safety and sanitation in all production steps.

In addition to hands-on food preparation, you may supervise staff in the Director's absence, participate in meetings, and uphold professional standards in consumer service.

Qualifications

• Good verbal communication skills.
• Ability to read and write English.
• Basic understanding of cleanliness, organization and safety.
• Prior food service and/or long-term care experience preferred.

Responsibilities
