Job summary

Alameda Healthcare & Wellness Center is seeking a Nutrition Services role focused on preparing nutritious meals for residents in accordance with federal, state, and corporate guidelines. The position emphasizes safety, sanitation, and timely execution of meals and supplements.

In addition to culinary duties, you may supervise staff in the Director of Nutritional Services' absence and participate in required meetings and trainings to ensure quality care.

Qualifications

• Good verbal communication skills.
• Ability to read and write English.
• Basic understanding of cleanliness, organization and safety.
• Prior food service and/or long-term care experience preferred.
