Qualifications

• Experience as a cook or line cook in a kitchen.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve meals according to recipes and menus.
• Ensure food quality, taste, and presentation meet standards.
• Follow dietary modifications and special meal requirements.
• Record production quantities and temperatures.
• Stock, rotate, date, and store food per safety rules.
• Maintain clean kitchen, storage, and equipment areas.
• Complete cleaning logs and equipment maintenance reports.
• Follow all food safety, sanitation, and OSHA guidelines.
• Support dishwashing and dining service as needed.
• Lead food production in the absence of the Dining Services Coordinator.
