Sunrise Senior Living is seeking a Cook to join our dining team and prepare meals that meet residents’ dietary requirements. You will follow standardized recipes, maintain safety and sanitation, and contribute to a clean, organized kitchen environment.

You will record production data, monitor temperatures, and support dining service as needed to ensure a high-quality, enjoyable dining experience for residents.

Qualifications

• Experience in cooking and food preparation in a healthcare or dining setting.
• Knowledge of food safety, sanitation, and OSHA guidelines.
• Ability to follow standardized recipes and meal plans.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve meals per standardized recipes and menus.
• Ensure food quality, taste, and presentation meet Sunrise standards.
• Record production quantities and food safety temperatures.
• Stock, rotate, date, and store food per safety regulations.
• Maintain clean kitchen, storage and equipment areas.
• Support dishwashing and dining service as needed.
