Healthcare Services Group, Inc is seeking a Cook to prepare and cook nutritious meals for residents in a long-term care facility. You will follow planned menus and recipes, ensuring quality and presentation.

Join a team dedicated to resident well-being and service excellence. Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds and meet sanitation standards; prior food-handling experience preferred and ServSafe certification may be required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience as a cook or in food preparation preferred.
• Ability to follow recipes and dietary restrictions.
• Knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices.
• Certified ServSafe or Food Handler may be required.
• Residency within the service area.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook meals according to planned menus and recipes.
• Ensure food quality, taste, and presentation meet HCSG standards.
• Adhere to food safety and sanitation guidelines; maintain a clean and orderly kitchen.
• Assist with inventory management and ordering of supplies.
• Interact positively with residents, staff, and guests, providing excellent customer service.
• All other duties as assigned.
