Barrel One Collective in Worcester, MA is seeking a Cook to prepare high-quality and delicious food for our guests in a fast-paced kitchen. You will follow recipes, maintain cleanliness, and work closely with the team to ensure timely delivery of meals that pair well with our craft beers.

1+ year of restaurant cooking experience is preferred; SERV Safe knowledge is a plus. This role offers opportunities for growth in a vibrant, community-focused venue with a welcoming team.

Formación

• General food safety knowledge (SERV Safe preferred).
• At least 1 year cooking experience in a full-service restaurant.
• High level of professionalism.
• Comfortable working with a team in a fast-paced kitchen environment.

Responsabilidades

• Set up workstations with the required ingredients and cooking equipment.
• Ensure great presentation of all dishes before they are served.
• Keep a sanitized and orderly environment in the kitchen.
• Ensure all food and other items are stored safely & properly.
• Stock, date, rotate and check the temperature of products.
• Continuously check the quality of ingredients.
• Follow recipes and product directions for preparing food.
• Working as a team and helping wherever needed.
