Job summary

Juniper Communities is seeking a dedicated culinary teammate to assist the Executive Chef and Dining Services Director in preparing meals for residents, staff, and visitors. You will help deliver outstanding service with a focus on safety and quality.

This full-time role includes rotating weekends, competitive pay ranging from $21.00 to $24.00 per hour, comprehensive benefits, and opportunities to grow within a supportive team that values mentorship and career development.

Qualifications

• A High School Diploma and experience in culinary arts or food service.
• Knowledge of volume food preparation.
• Knowledge and ability to operate food service equipment.

Responsibilities

• Prepare meals for residents, associates, and visitors.
• Assist in the coordination of effective communication among dining team and resident assistants.
• Work closely with the Connections Director and the Director of Sales and Marketing in the planning and implementation of special events.
• Maintain necessary records and complete administrative paperwork as required.
• Follow established safety regulations, including fire protection, infection control, and equipment safety.

Role
