Assists Executive Chef/Dining Services Director in the preparation of meals and provides excellent customer service.
Prepare meals for residents, associates, and visitors.
Assist in the coordination of effective communication among dining team and resident assistants.
Work closely with the Connections Director and the Director of Sales and Marketing in the planning and implementation of special events.
Maintain necessary records and complete administrative paperwork as required.
Follow established safety regulations, including fire protection, infection control, and equipment safety.
A High School Diploma and experience in culinary arts or food service.
Knowledge of volume food preparation.
Knowledge and ability to operate food service equipment.
