Job summary

Juniper Communities is seeking part-time or per diem culinary staff to assist in meal preparation and provide excellent customer service to residents and staff. You will support the dining services team and help coordinate communication during meals and events.

The role offers starting pay and comprehensive benefits. A high school diploma and experience in culinary arts or food service are preferred, with opportunities for growth and training within a team-oriented environment.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of volume food preparation.
• Ability to operate food service equipment.

Responsibilities

• Prepare meals for residents, associates, and visitors.

Pay: Starting at $20.00 per hour

Role:

Assists Executive Chef/Dining Services Director in the preparation of meals and provides excellent customer service.

Responsibilities:

Prepare meals for residents, associates, and visitors.

Assist in the coordination of effective communication among dining team and resident assistants.

Work closely with the Connections Director and the Director of Sales and Marketing in the planning and implementation of special events.

Maintain necessary records and complete administrative paperwork as required.

Follow established safety regulations, including fire protection, infection control, and equipment safety.

Requirements:

A High School Diploma and experience in culinary arts or food service.

Knowledge of volume food preparation.

Knowledge and ability to operate food service equipment.
