Job summary

Juniper Communities in New Jersey is seeking a culinary professional to assist the Executive Chef and Dining Services Director with meal preparation and excellent guest service. You will support the dining team and help coordinate communications with resident assistants to ensure a smooth daily operation.

Collaborating with the Connections Director and Sales/Marketing leadership, you will help plan special events, maintain records, and uphold strict safety and sanitation standards for residents,

Qualifications

• High School Diploma and experience in culinary arts or food service.
• Knowledge of volume food preparation.
• Knowledge and ability to operate food service equipment.

Responsibilities

• Prepare meals for residents, associates, and visitors.
• Assist in the coordination of effective communication among dining team and resident assistants.
• Work closely with the Connections Director and the Director of Sales and Marketing in the planning and implementation of special events.
• Maintain necessary records and complete administrative paperwork as required.
• Follow established safety regulations, including fire protection, infection control, and equipment safety.

Pay: $21.00-24.00 per hour depending on experience

Role
