SUMMARY:
It is the responsibility of the cook to prepare all food items according to Cadillac Bar menu, recipes, and plate specifications, as well as guest requests. The cook must ensure food preparation and service of the highest quality, adhering to specified prep times. This role requires a high level of professional and personalized guest service that embodies the Company’s brand standards and core values (K.E.E.P. – Kindness, Engagement, Empathy, and Positivity).
