Job summary

Juniper Communities is an EEO Employer and currently hiring for a full-time dining services role in a senior living setting. Starting pay is $20 per hour, with on-demand DailyPay available and a requirement to be available every other weekend and holiday.

Responsibilities include assisting the Executive Chef and Dining Services Director in meal prep, ensuring excellent customer service, and coordinating with dining and sales teams on events, while maintaining safety and records as required.

Qualifications

• A High School Diploma and experience in culinary arts or food service.
• Knowledge of volume food preparation.
• Knowledge and ability to operate food service equipment.

Responsibilities

• Prepare meals for residents, associates, and visitors.
• Assist in the coordination of effective communication among dining team and resident assistants.
• Work closely with the Connections Director and the Director of Sales and Marketing in the planning and implementation of special events.
• Maintain necessary records and complete administrative paperwork as required.
• Follow established safety regulations, including fire protection, infection control, and equipment safety.
