Job summary

NEXDINE Hospitality is hiring a Cook in Hutchinson, KY. The Cook reports to the Chef or Chef Manager and prepares breakfast, lunch and catered events. You will operate kitchen equipment and deliver excellent customer service while upholding safety and food-handling standards.

This full-time role offers a generous benefits package including health, dental & vision, life insurance, 401(k), PTO and growth opportunities. Weekly direct deposit pay is provided with a weekend differential of $2/hr.

Responsibilities

• Inspect and clean food preparation areas, equipment and serving areas to ensure safe and sanitary practices.
• Ensure food is stored and cooked at correct temperatures using ovens, broilers, grills, roasters and other equipment.
• Prepare and serve breakfast, lunch and/or catered events as directed by supervisor.
• May assist with inventory and forecast preparation needs.
• Provide excellent customer service to clients and customers.
