Job summary

OhioHealth is seeking a food service worker to prepare hot and cold foods for patients and retail customers. The role includes maintaining cleanliness, following standardized recipes, and using convection ovens, grills, and fryers. Responsibility includes documenting food safety logs and training other staff as needed.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of safe and sanitary food handling techniques.
• Preparation of hot food items in large volume.
• Proper use of convection ovens, grills, braisers, fryers, etc.
• Creative food garnishing techniques.
• One year food preparation Experience .
