Job summary

Eat’n Park Hospitality Group is hiring a Cook for Parkhurst Dining in Cranberry Township. You will prepare food according to Parkhurst recipes and enforce batch cooking, while ensuring quality and proper serving temperatures.

You will maintain line presentation, communicate with teammates, and complete daily production sheets. This role offers opportunities to grow within a values-driven environment and a supportive team.

Qualifications

• Standing and/or walking 100% of time.
• Occasionally lifting up to 40 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Prepare food according to Parkhurst recipes and enforce the “batch” cooking method.
• Ensure the quality of the food produced and maintain quality/quantity during service using production sheets.
• Ensure proper line presentation: appropriate pans, garnishes, utensils, and correct serving temperatures as per recipes or management.
• Maintain open communication with associates about daily food items.
• Complete daily production sheets.
