Job summary

Hyatt Sacramento Downtown is seeking a skilled culinary professional to join our kitchen team. This hourly role requires strong communication and at least two years of line and fine dining experience, with a culinary degree or related hotel background preferred.

You will prepare soups, sauces, stocks, frying and broiling, contribute to multiple stations, and may provide supervision in the absence of a manager. Shifts include AM/PM, holidays and weekends, with benefits listed below.

The Opportunity

This culinary position requires good communication skills as well as at least two years of previous line and fine dining experience. A Culinary degree or related hotel experience is preferred. Candidates should be able to perform all basic and intermediate cooking skills including preparation of soups, sauces, stocks, frying, and broiling. This person may be required to give direction in the supervisor's absence.

This is an hourly position with a compensation of $26.60 per hour.
