Four Seasons Hotel Austin is seeking a Cook 2 to join our dynamic Food & Beverage Team. The Cook is responsible for knowing all menus and food items in the hotel as this position will be cooking for Room Service, Bar, Banquets and Ciclo.

The Cook 2 prepares breakfast, lunch and dinner per guest orders from all outlets in accordance with production requirements and quality standards. Open 24/7 and applicant must be flexible with hours.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of culinary experience required.
• Food Handlers Certification required.
• Work authorization in the United States required.

Responsibilities

• Prepare breakfast, lunch and dinner per guest orders from all outlets.
• Cook for Room Service, Bar, Banquets and Ciclo per production standards.
• Know all menus and food items in the hotel to ensure quality.
