Hyatt Regency Coral Gables is seeking a Cook with strong communication and culinary skills. The ideal candidate will have hotel cooking experience and a culinary degree, and will work a single station with supervision and training.

The role emphasizes producing quality meals in a fast-paced hotel kitchen while maintaining safety and cleanliness standards for guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

• 2 years of line cook experience preferred.
• Culinary degree or related hotel experience is preferred.
• Ability to perform all basic cooking skills.
• Able to work single station in the kitchen.
• A true desire to satisfy the needs of others in a fast paced environment.

Responsabilités

• Prepare meals at a single station following Hyatt standards.
• Maintain kitchen cleanliness and safety during shifts.
• Assist with mise en place and stock as needed.
• Collaborate with team to deliver high-quality service.
