The role

As a Cook 2, you will collaborate with culinary leadership to develop and execute scratch-made dishes. You should be committed to honing your craft, demonstrate moderate culinary knowledge, and work well under direction and as part of a team. What you will need

• Passion for culinary arts and experience across cuisines
• Skills: basic sauces, knife skills, recipe following, knife sharpening
• Minimum 4 years' experience as a line cook or higher
• Food safety certification (ServSafe or equivalent)
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word
• Strong communication skills and ability to work under pressure
• Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs. regularly and 100 lbs. with assistance, stand for long periods
