What we expect:

Job duties include, but are not limited to:

• Preparing food according to guest orders, following recipes, portion, and presentation standards; setting up stations for service.
• Starting pre-prepared food items, ensuring not to prepare beyond needs.
• Operating, maintaining, and cleaning kitchen equipment such as fryers, stoves, food processors, and grills.
• Managing food containers, rotating stock, monitoring perishables, and controlling food waste and costs.

Ideal candidate will have:

• 1 to 3 years of experience in a similar kitchen or hotel operation.
• Willingness to work flexible schedules, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Excellent personal presentation and interpersonal skills.
• Legal work authorization in the United States.
