Job summary

Four Seasons Hotel Austin is seeking a Cook 2 to join our Food & Beverage Team on site in downtown Austin. The Cook 2 will prepare breakfast, lunch and dinner for Room Service, Bar, Banquets and Ciclo, following production standards and ensuring quality.

The ideal candidate has 1–2 years of Food & Beverage experience, holds a Food Handlers Certification, and has work authorization in the United States. Enjoy welcoming benefits, dining perks, and growth opportunities within a luxury hospitality

About The Role

What You Will Do

Are you excited about delivering the best Food & Beverage experience to our guests? This position may be the perfect fit for you! The Cook is responsible for knowing all menus and food items in the hotel as this position will be cooking for Room Service, Bar, Banquets and Ciclo. Cook 2 prepares breakfast, lunch and dinner per guest orders from all outlets in accordance with production requirements and quality standards.

What You Bring

• One to two years’ experience working in Food & Beverage preferred
• Food Handlers Certifications required
• Work authorization in the United States
