Responsibilities

The cook's primary responsibilities include supporting the kitchen by preparing items featured in our deli case, grab'n'go wall, and self-serve counters. They will work at a fast pace to prepare entrees, salads, side dishes, and soups, maintaining freshness, high quality, cleanliness, and sanitation, while providing excellent service to guests as needed.

Qualifications

You should meet the following requirements:

• Must be at least 18 years old
• Proficient knowledge of commercial kitchen equipment
• Proficient knife skills
• Experience in high-volume settings, such as hotels or institutional cooking
• Good communication skills and attention to detail
• Ability to multi-task and prioritize
• A positive attitude is essential!
