Portillo's Hot Dogs, LLC in Florida (The Villages) is seeking a cook for the kitchen to prepare classic menu items to order, including Italian Beef, Burgers, Hot Dogs, Fries and more. You will maintain station cleanliness, uphold safety standards and work as part of a high-energy team.

• Prepare all classic menu items to order, including Italian Beef, Burgers, Hot Dogs, Fries and more.
• Prepare fresh vegetables, sauces and other components following provided recipes while upholding quality and sanitation commitments.
• Keep your station spotless and work as part of the show, ensuring the kitchen is clean and organized.
• Work as a team player to help and serve other team members and guests.
• Work with a sense of urgency to keep long lines moving smoothly.
• Maintain proper portion control and monitor food levels throughout the shift.

Cook / Kitchen Responsibilities

• Prepare all classic menu items to order, including Italian Beef, Burgers, Hot Dogs, Fries and more.
• Prepare fresh vegetables, sauces and other components following provided recipes while upholding quality and sanitation commitments.
• Keep your station spotless and work as part of the show, ensuring the kitchen is clean and organized.
• Work as a team player to help and serve other team members and guests.
• Work with a sense of urgency to keep long lines moving smoothly.
• Maintain proper portion control and monitor food levels throughout the shift.

Pay

• Base rate: $15 per hour.
• Additional $2 per hour for all hours worked after 11pm.
• Additional $2 per hour when working outside in temperatures below 33°F.
• Additional $3 per hour to work on holidays*.
