Role Overview: Cook

As a Cook, you will prepare food items according to recipes and standards, contributing to our commitment to outstanding service.

Qualifications:
  • Minimum 2 years of cooking experience in a hotel/restaurant environment
  • Knowledge of sanitation standards and kitchen equipment operation
  • Basic math skills for following recipes and measurements
  • Proficiency in English for communication and requisitions
  • Manual dexterity and ability to work in confined spaces and extreme temperatures
  • Team player with the ability to perform repetitive tasks and follow recipes
  • Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work an 8-hour shift, including nights, weekends, and holidays
Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare food according to recipes and standards to ensure consistency
  • Inspect and select food items, monitor storage, and maintain cleanliness
  • Prepare daily requisitions for supplies
  • Follow math skills to accurately follow recipes
