Job summary

Medicalodges is seeking a dining services team member in Wichita, KS to prepare meals for residents in accordance with established recipes and procedures. You will help ensure the quantity and quality of food served meet residents' needs and the facility's standards.

• Record temperatures of food and equipment as required.
• Chart intakes in the main dining room.
• Clean work area and equipment; clean and sanitize dining area and kitchen after each meal; and assigned daily cleaning.
• Do prep assignments and re-stock items to prepare for the next meal.
• Following posted schedule for cleaning major equipment, work areas, and storage areas.
• Preparing trays for serving meals and snacks.
