Job summary

Ontario Trillium Foundation is seeking a friendly line cook for daytime shifts in West Palm Beach, FL. You will prepare breakfast and lunch, read tickets, follow recipes, and maintain clean, well-stocked stations while upholding food safety standards.

No late nights, and a collaborative, family-owned atmosphere. We emphasize teamwork, high-volume kitchen skills, and delivering an exceptional dining experience.

Responsibilities

• Prepare fresh ingredients and follow recipes with consistency and attention to detail.
• Cook breakfast and lunch items on grill, sauté, fry, and prep stations.
• Read and prioritize tickets to ensure timely, accurate food preparation.
• Maintain proper portion sizes and presentation standards.
• Keep your station clean, organized, and fully stocked throughout your shift.
• Follow all food safety and sanitation standards.
• Work closely with your teammates to deliver an exceptional dining experience.
