Qualifications

• Previous cooking experience preferred, particularly in a healthcare, nursing home, or institutional setting.
• Ability to prepare a variety of foods in large quantities.
• Ability to understand and communicate in English.
• Knowledge of food preparation and sanitation procedures.
• Ability to work independently and make sound decisions when needed.
• Strong attention to cleanliness, organization, and food safety.
• Willingness to learn and implement new food service methods and practices.
