Bethany Home in Wisconsin is seeking a Line Cook to prepare and serve cooked-to-order meals in a fast-paced kitchen while meeting residents' nutritional and dietary needs. The role emphasizes quality food, timely service, and adherence to safety and cleanliness standards.

Responsibilities include following menu specifications, HACCP procedures, and assisting with opening/closing duties. The position requires teamwork, basic math, and the ability to work in a supportive, resident-centered setting.

Qualifications

• Previous cooking or kitchen experience preferred but not required.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and follow written and verbal instructions.
• Basic math and problem-solving skills.

This position is responsible for maintaining food quality, following recipes and production sheets, and ensuring safe food handling practices.
