Northgate Care Center is seeking a Full-Time Cook to prepare meals for residents in a skilled nursing setting. You will work morning and second shift with every-other-weekend coverage, following dietary requirements and safety protocols to deliver high-quality dining experiences.

Qualifications

• As a minimum, a tenth (10th) grade education.
• Prior Skilled Nursing Foodservice experience is preferable but we are willing to invest in the right candidate!

Responsabilités

• Provide residents with meals by preparing and ensuring the appropriate food items for each meal according to dietary needs.
• Maintain food safety by recording temperatures and following recipes for large-volume cooking.
• Ensure high standards of food quality and a pleasant dining experience for residents.

As a Cook you will provide residents with one of their favorite parts of the day! Your work ensure our residents receive the high standard of food quality they have grown to expect at Northgate Care Center by preparing and ensuring residents receive the appropriate food items for each meal in accordance to their dietary needs, ensuring the safety of food and equipment by recording temperatures, and following recipes for preparing large volumes of food. Our residents will depend on your knowledge, skills, and attention to detail to ensure they receive a pleasant and safe dining experience.

To be eligible for consideration applicants should have:
