Heritage Care & Rehabilitation Center is seeking a Cook for a day shift, part-time role to provide residents with high-quality meals that meet dietary needs. You will follow recipes, maintain food safety, and record temperatures to ensure a safe dining experience.

Minimum 10th grade education is required. Prior Skilled Nursing foodservice experience is preferred, and the organization welcomes individuals looking to grow within the team.

As a Cook you will provide residents with one of their favorite parts of the day! Your work ensure our residents receive the high standard of food quality they have grown to expect at Heritage Care & Rehabilitation Center by preparing and ensuring residents receive the appropriate food items for each meal in accordance to their dietary needs, ensuring the safety of food and equipment by recording temperatures, and following recipes for preparing large volumes of food. Our residents will depend on your knowledge, skills, and attention to detail to ensure they receive a pleasant and safe dining experience.

To be eligible for consideration applicants should have:

As a minimum, a tenth (10th) grade education. Prior Skilled Nursing Foodservice experience is preferable but we are willing to invest in the right candidate!
