Job summary

Paycom - ATS in the United States is seeking a cook responsible for planning, preparing, cooking, and serving nutritious meals and snacks for large groups in a safe, presentable kitchen environment.

The role involves inventory management, setting up service areas, and maintaining equipment. A high school diploma or equivalent is required, with at least two years’ experience cooking for large groups and the ability to obtain ServSafe certification within 21 days of hire.

Qualifications

• Ability to obtain ServSafe Certification within 21 days of hire.
• Ability to read, write, and communicate in English.

Responsibilities

• Plans menus and purchases food and supplies for preparation and serving of nutritional meals.
• Cleans, cooks, and prepares a variety of foods using kitchen equipment and utensils.
• Ensures adequate quantities based on number to be served and timely preparation.
• Serves food and beverages in a presentable manner and sets up service areas.
• Maintains kitchen facilities, equipment, and inventory in an orderly manner.
