Job summary

The Dalles Health & Rehab is hiring for a Cook to prepare delicious, healthy meals for residents and follow cycle menus. You will ensure quality, taste and presentation while maintaining a clean, organized kitchen and assisting with inventory and prep.

We offer opportunities to grow culinary skills, a supportive team environment, and competitive pay. This on-site role requires a Food Handler’s Card or ability to obtain one and physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

• Knowledge of food prep & safe storage

• Preferred: Nursing facility cooking experience
