JOB QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS:

MANDATORY REQUIREMENTS:

• Knowledge of food preparation and handling techniques and food safety requirements, basic math skills, general record keeping methods, ability to read and write in English language. Equivalent to a high school education, or any satisfactory combination of experience and training which demonstrates the knowledge, skills and abilities to perform the above duties.

SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS/LICENSES:

• Must possess Oregon Foodhandlers card within 30 days of appointment.

DESIRABLE REQUIREMENTS:

• Previous cooking experience in an institutional or similar environment.
• Possession of Oregon Foodhandlers card at time of appointment.
• Knowledge of basic computer skills, or ability to learn.
