Job Summary

Prepares food according to federal, state, and corporate standards, guidelines, and regulations, following established policies and procedures. Ensures quality food service at America's Center & the Dome.

• Prepares high-quality food items using standardized recipes to meet production and service schedules.
• Serves meals or prepares for delivery, ensuring correct portioning, temperature, attractiveness, and taste.
• Maintains cleanliness in the kitchen after preparation and serving, following safe food-handling procedures.
• Stores or discards excess food appropriately, keeps refrigerators and storerooms clean and organized.
• Operates and maintains kitchen equipment as instructed.
• Assists in production planning, record keeping, and reporting as needed.
• Receives and inspects all food and supplies.
• Reports maintenance issues or accidents immediately.
• Attends safety and in-service meetings.
• Maintains good relationships with coworkers and supervisors.
• Performs duties safely, maintaining a clean and safe work environment.
• Performs other duties as assigned, ensuring proper presentation, portion control, and serving temperatures.
• Adheres to safety policies, including proper glove and equipment use, slip-resistant shoes, and lifting techniques.

Minimum Requirements
