Lomas Santa Fe Country Club in Solana Beach, CA, is seeking a Part-Time Cook who is eager to learn and contribute in a fast-paced hospitality setting. As part of Troon, you will help maintain high standards in food production, assist with banquet functions, and participate in ongoing training with a focus on safety and quality.

The position offers hourly pay of $22.50–$23.50, healthcare benefits, and a retirement plan.

• Prepares the proper amount of food according to production or forecast sheets.
• Prepares items according to established recipes to ensure a consistent product.

Lomas Santa Fe Country Club, located in Solana Beach, CA, is pleased to announce an excellent career opportunity for a Part-Time Cook! We are seeking a driven individual who is eager to learn, contribute, and grow within a fast-paced hospitality-focused property organization. As part of Troon, you will contribute to a global leader in golf and community management.

Compensation:

$22.50 - $23.50 per hour.

Key Responsibilities:

• Learns and maintains standards in food production and quality.
• Expedites orders in a timely manner.
• Practices excellent operational sanitation.
• Executes scheduled banquet functions.
• Maintains a professional relationship with fellow associates.
• Helps reduce loss and waste.
• Communicates equipment repair needs to the chef.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Associate's Culinary Degree and two years of culinary experience and/or training; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

Other Qualifications:

ServSafe Certification preferred but not required.
