Sunrise Senior Living is seeking a Cook to prepare meals for residents according to standardized recipes and menus, while maintaining a safe, clean kitchen environment. The role supports dietary modifications, records production quantities and temperatures, and ensures quality and presentation that meet Sunrise standards.

You will stock and rotate food per safety regulations, maintain kitchen areas, complete logs, and follow OSHA guidelines.

• Follow dietary modifications and special meal requirements
• Record production quantities and food safety temperatures
• Stock, rotate, date, and store food per safety regulations
• Maintain clean kitchen, storage, and equipment areas
• Complete cleaning logs and equipment maintenance reports
• Follow all food safety, sanitation, and OSHA guidelines
• Support dishwashing and dining service as needed
• Lead food production in the absence of the Dining Services Coordinator

Pay Range: 15.20 - 19.05
