Step into the heart of our bustling kitchen, where every dish tells a story. We’re looking for a passionate Cook who thrives in a dynamic environment and is eager to craft exceptional meals that delight our guests. As part of our team, you’ll be instrumental in creating memorable dining experiences across our Cafe, Restaurant, Room Service, and vibrant events.

Your Role:

You will bring our menu to life by following standardized recipes to ensure each dish is delicious and visually appealing. Your responsibilities include maintaining cleanliness, sanitation, and safety in our kitchen, contributing to a warm and welcoming atmosphere. Key duties include:

• Mastering our menu and understanding each item's preparation to ensure consistent quality.
• Keeping storage areas organized and clean, setting up stations before opening, and maintaining them throughout your shift.
• Preparing dishes with precision according to event specifications and hotel standards.
• Completing necessary food and station preparations.
• Following the “Clean As You Go” policy to keep your work area spotless and safe.
• Breaking down buffets and kitchen lines, storing food and equipment properly at the end of each meal period.
• Assisting with kitchen equipment maintenance and adhering to safety procedures.
• Managing food storage, rotation, and inventory proactively.
• Performing other duties as assigned.

What We’re Looking For:

• Prior experience as a Cook or in a kitchen in a hotel or restaurant.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Unexpired Food Handlers Certification.
