Job summary

Kadima Healthcare is seeking a Cook to prepare food in accordance with federal, state, and local standards and Kadima policies, directed by the Food Services Director. You will ensure quality service and supervise staff in your department.

Responsibilities include directing, evaluating and monitoring staff, issuing disciplinary actions as necessary, and conducting probationary and annual evaluations of performance to maintain high standards of food safety and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Prepare food following federal, state, and local standards and Kadima policies.
• Direct, evaluate and monitor department staff, including disciplinary actions and performance evaluations.

• Direct, evaluate and monitor food service staff; issue disciplinary actions as necessary.
• Ensure compliance with established policies and procedures in the food service department.

Job description

Purpose of Your Job Position:

To prepare food in accordance with current applicable federal, state, and local standards, guidelines, and regulation, with our established policies and procedures and as may be directed by the Food Services Director or designee, to assure quality food service is provided at all times. To direct, evaluate and monitor the staff assigned to your department, including issuing disciplinary actions as necessary and performing probationary and annual evaluations of employee performance.
