This part-time role offers daytime hours (15–20 hours per week) with occasional weekend and holiday shifts and opportunities for advancement into Kitchen/Dietary leadership with increased wages. You’ll prepare and serve nourishing meals, follow safety standards, and build meaningful relationships with residents.

• Experience in food service not required; paid training provided.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• Willingness to work every other weekend and every other holiday.

Position Details

• Location: Dove Healthcare-51019 Ridge View Rd Osseo, WI 54758
• Employment Status:Part-Time
• Shift:15-20 hours per week. Day time hours with an 11am-6pm shift once a week. Every other weekend and holiday are required.

What You'll Do

As a member of our Food Service team, you'll play an important role in providing residents with nourishing, appealing, and well-balanced meals.

• Preparing, cooking, and baking meals for our residents
• Serving meals with care and a friendly attitude
• Following food safety and sanitation standards
• Build relationships with residents and help make mealtime something to look forward to

What We're Looking For

• No previous food service or healthcare experience? No problem! Our paid training program will provide you with the skills, knowledge, and confidence you need to succeed
• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Willingness to work every other weekend and every other holiday
