What we are looking for:

• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekdays, weekends, nights, and holidays. Tuesday availability is required.
• High school diploma preferred.
• Sufficient manual dexterity to operate all kitchen equipment, such as knives, spoons, spatulas, tongs, slicers, etc.
• Knowledge of proper knife handling, techniques, cooking procedures, and basic prep functions (e.g., cleaning greens, prepping vegetables).
• Ability to lift, push, or pull weights up to 100 pounds.
• Ability to stand for long periods, work in confined spaces with high noise levels and frequent interruptions, and perform duties within extreme temperature ranges.
• Ability to obtain any necessary local, state, or federal licenses or certifications for sanitation, liquor service, or food service.
• Previous experience as a Cook, chef, prep cook, line cook, or in a related food handling role is helpful.

What you will be doing:

• Ensure high quality and presentation of food production.
• Prep and cook food according to recipes.
• Set up, break down, and maintain knowledge of kitchen equipment and stations.
• Perform necessary prep work and read tickets to produce orders.
• Maintain sanitation and cleanliness standards.
• Keep the line and prep area organized, stocked, and clean.
• Follow directions from management and assist in controlling food waste.
• Perform additional tasks as assigned to support overall operations.

Pay Estimate: $13.50/hour
