Job summary

Sunrise Senior Living, LLC - Sunrise of Norwood is seeking a friendly and reliable Cook to prepare and serve meals for residents following standardized recipes, ensure top quality, taste, and presentation, and keep the kitchen safe, clean, and organized.

You will monitor food safety temperatures, stock and rotate inventory, respect dietary modifications, complete cleaning logs, and assist with dishwashing and dining service; you may lead food production in the absence of the Dining Services

Qualifications

• Prepare meals according to standardized recipes and menus.
• Maintain food quality, taste and presentation to Sunrise standards.
• Follow dietary modifications and special meal requirements.
• Record production quantities and food safety temperatures.
• Stock, rotate, date, and store food per safety regulations.
• Maintain clean kitchen, storage, and equipment areas.
• Complete cleaning logs and equipment maintenance reports.
• Lead food production in the absence of the Dining Services Coordinator.
