Job summary

Sunrise of Cohasset is seeking a Cook to prepare meals according to standardized recipes and menus, ensuring quality, taste, and presentation while maintaining a safe, clean kitchen.

You will follow dietary modifications, record production quantities and food temperatures, stock and rotate inventory, keep logs, support dishwashing and dining service, and lead food production in the Dining Services Coordinator's absence.

Qualifications

• Preparation of meals following standardized recipes and menus.
• Adherence to Sunrise quality standards for taste, presentation, and safe handling.

• Follow dietary modifications and special meal requirements.

• Complete cleaning logs and equipment maintenance reports.
• Follow all food safety, sanitation, and OSHA guidelines.
• Support dishwashing and dining service as needed.
• Lead food production in the absence of the Dining Services Coordinator.
