The Shore and Country Club Incorporated in Norwalk, CT is seeking a Cook to join our culinary team. You will execute food preparation and presentation to meet club standards and member preferences, and collaborate with the Executive Chef and Sous Chefs to ensure menu consistency and quality.

You will contribute creative ideas for menu development and special events while maintaining kitchen cleanliness and strict sanitation.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Line Cook in a fine dining or upscale establishment preferred.
• Proficiency in culinary techniques and a strong understanding of food safety practices.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail and quality.
• Excellent communication skills and a positive attitude towards teamwork.
