About the Role: Market Bar is looking for an experienced Breakfast Cook to join our kitchen team. The ideal candidate has a strong background in breakfast service, works well under pressure during busy morning rushes, and takes pride in consistent, high-quality food.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook breakfast menu items (eggs, griddle items, breakfast meats, sides, etc.) to order.
• Set up and stock cooking stations before service.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and workstations.
• Follow recipes and portion guidelines to ensure consistency.
• Monitor food quality and freshness; rotate stock (FIFO).
• Communicate effectively with kitchen staff and front-of-house team during service.
• Follow all food safety and sanitation standards.
• Break down and clean stations at end of shift.

Requirements
