Job summary

TerraBella Senior Living is seeking a Cook for TerraBella Hermitage in Nashville, TN. You will prepare hot and cold menu items across grill, sauté, salad bar, and service line, ensuring portions and serving follow the menu cycle and recipes.

Responsibilities include tasting and determining quality, with a focus on presentation and consistency. Weekend work is required, and prior senior living experience is preferred for this role.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in senior living preferred.
• Experience with production methods, portion control and food handling safety.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to presentation of food.
