Job summary

Taher, Inc. is hiring for a daytime food service position at 2001 Williams Ave, Montevideo, Minnesota. This role focuses on delivering top-notch guest service, following recipes to the letter, and maintaining clean, efficient workspaces.

Responsibilities

• Provide the highest quality of guest service at all times.
• Execute recipes to the letter.
• Prepare meals by using correct portioning and meeting standards; ensure correct temperature, attractive and tasty presentation.
• Follow all food safety and sanitation standards.
• Follow and complete production sheets.
• Meet deadlines in daily workload.
• Store or discard excess food per safe handling procedures.
• Set up and tear down workstation.
• Receive and unpack food deliveries.
• Ensure food and supply items are stored per standards.
• Maintain polite and professional communication.
• Understand and utilize FIFO.
• Perform other duties as requested by leadership.
