Job summary

Resolute Road Hospitality’s Hilton Garden Inn in Missoula invites a dedicated breakfast cook to join our kitchen team. You’ll prepare breakfast dishes to specification, maintain a clean, compliant station, and support a collaborative kitchen culture that values integrity and quality.

You’ll follow recipes, monitor food temps, rotate stock, and coordinate with front-of-house staff to ensure timely service. A high school diploma and Food Handlers Card are preferred; prior line experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED preferred.
• Previous kitchen line experience preferred.
• Food Handlers Card required.

Responsibilities

• Prepare meals according to recipes and guest specifications.
• Read menus to estimate food requirements and manage inventory.
• Operate kitchen equipment including ovens, grills, mixers, slicers, and steam kettles.
• Set up and stock stations with necessary supplies.
• Cook menu items in coordination with kitchen staff.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of workstations.
• Properly date, store, and rotate food items.
• Maintain temperature logs and comply with food safety standards.
• Respond to guest requests and complaints professionally and promptly.
• Adhere to all safety, sanitation, and brand standards.
• Support team members and maintain a positive kitchen culture.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Education & Experience
